How much do you charge for a standard cinema ticket?
This depends on the day and time of the screening and whether the film is an old or new release.
At Campus West Cinema, you can book selected older films for £3.99 or a fiver and £7.00 for most new releases. You can find a detailed breakdown of our cinema ticket prices here:
Do I have to wear and or pay for 3D glasses to watch a 3D screening?
You can wear our 3D glasses over normal glasses and most prescription glasses.
You do not need to bring 3D glasses to a screening as we provide special 3D Xpand glasses for the duration of the film and the ticket price already includes the use of our 3D glasses.
Before entering the screening hall, you will be given an Xpand 3D glasses which you are required to return after the end of the film to the usher or holding tray outside the screen entrance.
You need our special 3D Xpand glasses to enjoy and experience the full effect of the 3D film on screen. Without the glasses, everything will look blurred and a maze of hues.
How do I buy a Parent & Baby ticket/ticket for..?
Babies must have a ticket to all screenings, performances and sessions where Babes-in-arms are allowed. For Campus West events babes-in-arms tickets are free (some private productions may charge) and can be obtained online or from the Café & Bar till points.
Please choose the "STANDARD Incl. BABY 12 Months & Under" ticket type from the dropdown menu in the Your Tickets sidebar after selecting your seats.
There is no additional fee or designated seating for infants, as they are expected to be held in your arms comfortably throughout the performance.
Please note that the child must be 12 months old or younger at the time of the screening, not at the time of booking.
I don't have a baby but want to come to a parent and baby screening. Is that OK?
That's fine, just select the STANDARD or BIG SCREEN SAVER ticket type when booking your tickets but please be aware that that for Parent & Baby screenings, that the infants may be noisy or crying, the lights a little brighter than normal and the sound down a little lower than normal.
How do I book a wheelchair space/ticket online?
At Campus West screens 1, 2, and 3 and in Roller City the wheelchair patron only pays for 1 seat/ticket while the companion goes in free.
In Screen 1, the designated wheelchair user seats A1 & A2 are accessed from the ground floor. In screen 2, A11 and A12 are the designated wheelchair seats and are also accessible from the ground floor. Screen 3/Theatre is accessible from the first floor through a DDA-compliant lift. There are 3 wheelchairs spaces and companion seats located in seats Q17 / Q18, Q20 / Q21 and Q23 / Q24.
Booking a pair of wheelchair spaces and companion seats involves using the wheelchair user ticket type to select both seats in the designated area of the seating plan.
Customers who use a wheelchair do not need to provide proof of Registered Disabled status. A complimentary ticket will be automatically issued to a wheelchair user with a companion when buying tickets in person.
To purchase tickets online, wheelchair patrons will need to complete the registration form. This is a simple, one-off registration for ease of ticket purchases in the future.
Here is a simple guide to booking wheelchair tickets online.
N.B. Both ticket types must be wheelchair users or you will be charged the full price for both tickets.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes, we will exchange tickets for different screenings, performances, events or sessions but only on a like-for-like basis. So, for instance, we will exchange film tickets for film tickets. If there is a price difference, this will be added on for payment – but please bear in mind also that there is a £2 Administration fee (per transaction) for Exchanges.
If you wish to change your seat within a screening/performance (that you have already paid for and there are seats available) you can do so without any charge. This is different from moving to another screening/performance which incurs a £2 administration charge.

What is the babes-in-arms policy?
We allow babes-in-arms (children aged 12 months or under) in most events except otherwise stated.
For all screenings where babes-in-arms are allowed, please choose the "STANDARD Incl. BABY 12 Months & Under" ticket type from the dropdown menu in the Your Tickets sidebar after selecting your seats. Otherwise choose the STANDARD or BIG SCREEN SAVER ticket type, if you are attending without an infant or with children over 12 months old.
To keep distractions to a minimum during events, we ask that you take the baby outside if continually crying.
Babes-in-arms are only allowed into screenings that start on or before 1pm are usually on Thursdays. However, compliance with BBFC rules overrides any arrangement or decision on who is allowed to see a film screening.
How long are your trailers and ads?
There are usually trailers and ads before a film screening. These can be at least 15 minutes long. But this may vary from film to film. However, for Event Cinema, there are no ads or trailers.
Why can't I book tickets for films showing more than a week in advance?
We programme and update our film schedules on a week-by-week basis every Tuesday, which means new films go on sale on Tuesday and run through to Thursday.
The best way to get information about our upcoming films and events is to join our weekly mailing list.
