We receive many enquiries about donations to charities and we aim to help wherever we can.
If you would like Campus West to consider donating tickets for a particular fund-raising event or charitable cause, please complete the application form and we will contact you if you are successful.
Guidelines:
- Donation requests will only be accepted via the application form. We do not accept requests sent by post or emailed to us.
- The official address of the group for which you are requesting donations must be within the district of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
- And an organisation can only receive one donation per calendar year.
- Most donations are comprised of 4 x complimentary tickets to the Cinema, Roller City or Soft Play City at Campus West.
- The expiry date of the donation will be the end of the calendar year in which the request was granted.
- We require at least 4 weeks’ notice of the event.
- If your application is successful, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions relating to claiming the complimentary tickets.
