General T&Cs (applies to all areas of the building)
Campus West refers, for the sake of this document, The Theatre, Roller City, The Cinema, Soft Play City, Humphrey’s Cafe Lounge and any events that are owned and promoted by Campus West including events that take place outside Campus West, for example, the Vineyard Barn, Hazel Grove and Panshanger Community Centres and other spaces not yet determined. Campus West is owned and operated by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.
General Rules
Campus West does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings.
No personal belongings or valuables shall be entrusted to any Campus West employee.
Under NO circumstance can candles be lit or any form of naked flame be used in Campus West.
The parents/guardians are fully responsible for the control/behaviour of all children and the subsequent consequences of their actions.
Campus West is a parent or carer supervised facility. We employ a team of extremely dedicated and committed staff who pride themselves in offering a very high standard of customer service. Their friendly and professional approach ensures a clean, safe and comfortable environment for all.
Children that are 10 years and under must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children 11 to 17 remain the responsibility of their parents/guardians at all times even if the parent/guardian is not present. Campus West does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children of any age.
From time to time equipment and spaces, within Campus West, may be closed for maintenance or repair, we will ensure our best efforts that all areas are open but we cannot guarantee this. For example this may mean that a piece of equipment with Soft Play City may not be in use, part of the roller rink may be under repair or cinema seats are out of use.
Food and drink not purchased on the premises cannot be consumed at Campus West. Cooked food from our kitchen is not allowed in any of the auditoriums - this because it have a strong smell and also cam be distracting to other customers more so than other prepackaged foods
Humphrey's kitchen uses nuts, fish, eggs, shellfish, milk and gluten products and it is impossible to fully guarantee separation of these items in storage or preparation of cooking. Although every effort is made to minimise the risk, some dishes may contain bones. Description of dishes are subject to change according to current ingredient supply levels. Whilst every effort is made regarding awareness to food allergies and intolerances the customer has a responsibility to inform us of their allergy or intolerance.
It is the customer's responsibility to report all accidents to a member of staff in order to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of reoccurrence.
We reserve the right to alter, remove and add to any of the facilities as part of a process of continuous improvement and customer safety review.
Campus West reserves the right to refuse admission in reasonable circumstances or to request any ticket holder to leave Campus West and to take appropriate action to enforce this right.
Campus West does not refund tickets. If other circumstances prevent the customer from attending Campus West and its operations, no replacement or refund will be given. The decision not to attend any event is then purely that of the hirer or customer.
For a small consideration for like-for-like events only and subject to availability, we can exchange tickets for screenings and performances. See FAQ - Can I exchange my tickets? for more details.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, Campus West has to close, a full refund will be made available.
All hirers and guests booking and attending an event at Campus West shall comply with these terms and conditions, health and safety notices and announcements as well as any reasonable instructions given by our staff. Failure to do so means being subject to eviction and liable to Campus West for any breaches.
The Duty Manager's word is final in all circumstances.

Rules of Admission
The Manager’s word (representing the Council) is the final decision for all matters pertaining to daily operation of Campus West.
Babes-in-arms are classified as 12 months or under. Each operational area deals with them slightly differently, please see individual sections below.
Everyone entering the Theatre, The Cinema, Soft Play City or Roller City needs a valid ticket which must be produced on arrival and shown to a Front of House Assistant.
We accept as valid tickets printed out or displayed on mobile phones.
Glass and china is prohibited in the Theatre and in all cinema screens. Plastic/paper cups will be offered.
Mobile phones, pagers and alarms must be turned off at all times during performances/screenings. For public screenings, all events and sessions, cameras and recording equipment are not allowed in Campus West.
We are not obliged to issue any refund or allocate another event, screening or performance if for any reason you miss or arrive late to your event, screening or performance
Campus West operates a no ID no entry policy for age restricted events. Anyone who looks under or over the specified age restriction, is required to produce one of these forms of ID:
If you have bought tickets in advance you will still have to bring ID with you if required. If you do not bring ID, you will be refused admission and tickets will not be refunded. No other forms of ID are accepted.
Customers may not do anything on the premises that might endanger the premises, its occupants, or violate its terms of insurance.
Campus West is a non-smoking establishment, this includes electronic cigarettes
Guide dogs or Similar
Animals are not allowed in any part of the premises (except Guide or Hearing Dogs).
Alcohol and ID
ID will be required for anyone who appears to be under the age of twenty five. This is not negotiable. The decision of the bar staff is final. Those forms of ID listed above are acceptable.
Campus West reserves the right to refuse the serving of alcohol to any person known or believed to be under the age of 18. Furthermore, Campus West reserves the right to have removed from the premises any person attempting to purchase alcohol for consumption by a person known or believed to be under the age of 18.
Strictly NO alcohol, other than that purchased from Campus West, is allowed on the premises.
Purchase of Tickets
By purchasing a ticket(s) by any means (over the counter and online or other method yet to be defined), you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of sale. Please be sure you abide by these terms and conditions before any purchase.
If you buy tickets for events where Campus West is acting as a ticket agent then in addition to these terms of business you are also bound by the client’s term of business, which may differ from our own. Please visit the appropriate website for that information.
Campus West will not be held responsible for tickets which are lost or stolen.
Campus West reserves the right to sell tickets through outside agencies. We accept no responsibility for tickets or services purchased through an agency or third party.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and BACS. We take contactless payments and also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept American Express cards.
Discounts
Discounts are shown in the listings for each show but may not be available for all performances. From time to time we may also make supplementary special offers in addition to those published in our events listings or on our website. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers (unless specifically stated) or applied retrospectively, and may be withdrawn at any time. Proof of ID may be required. Some discounts will not be available online. For certain screenings, events and sessions “Free tickets”, “VIP’s”, and any “discounts” offered including the Zebra discount, will not apply. In such cases, this may be advertised on our websites.
Tickets for Schools
Tickets for schools or groups must be paid for before any changes in the price setup (expiration of discounts of any kind) as advertised or no later than 7 days prior to a performance (whichever is sooner) by which time payment must be made to confirm the booking.
What is an adult?
An adult constitutes as 18 years and over, a child constitutes as 17 years and under, a senior constitutes a person over 60 years. A babes-in-arms constitutes as 12 months or under. A student must produce a valid photo I.D student card.
Carers and Babes in Arms
If you are ordering carer and baby seats for performances that allow babes-in-arms, you are acknowledging that these tickets are for the explicit use of a carer and a babes-in-arms. Campus West reserves the right to eject or take action against individuals who obtain tickets fraudulently.
Complimentary Tickets
A complimentary ticket is a ticket that has not been purchased and it is provided at no charge to the holder of the ticket. It is a ticket which is offered free of charge.
Complimentary tickets can be used to redeem any qualified event regardless of the price of admission of that event.
Campus West complimentary tickets may be distributed for purposes of charity or as a gesture of goodwill.
Complimentary Tickets can only be authorised by Campus West Senior Management Team.
When approved complimentary voucher coupon codes will be issued by the administration office.
These codes can be used in person and online.
The codes can only be used once. They are single use only. Once redeemed, they cannot be returned, or credited for any other item or experience. They cannot be exchanged, replaced, or reinstated even when the event is cancelled, or tickets returned. It is not a gift voucher or a gift card that can be redeemed multiple times.
The customer should activate the complimentary coupon code in the Review Order page when booking online.
Complimentary tickets are however subject to “No Free Ticket “(NFT) restriction which may be imposed by film distributors on some selected films and screenings and are not valid for use on that specific film or screening until the restriction has been lifted (This may be 1 - 2 weeks on first release).
The Complimentary coupon codes are also not applicable to Panto, Exclusive Roller City, Soft Play City and Bouncy Castle parties, Event Cinema, Specials events (e.g. Christmas and Halloween parties at Roller City or Soft Play City), One-Off Specials like the Midnight or Gala Night screenings.
They are also invalid where a free ticket is already issued or discounted, for instance when a Carer Free CEA cardholder ticket type is used and other such scenarios.
Complimentary tickets can be withdrawn if other terms and conditions of entry are not met.
Theatre and live event specific
Babes-in-arms
Babes-in-arms are only allowed into pantomime performances or as indicated in the publicity. All babes-in-arms must have a ticket for admission. When booking online, please choose the "STANDARD Incl. BABY 12 Months & Under" ticket type from the dropdown menu in the Your Tickets sidebar after selecting your seats. To keep distractions to a minimum during these performances, we ask that you take the baby outside if they are continually crying.
Accessibility
By ordering wheelchair accessible spaces and a free wheelchair companion seat, you acknowledge that the accessible spaces and adjacent companion seat are for use of a person with a disability who requires accessible seating due to that disability, and the adjacent seat is for the companion of that patron using a wheelchair. Campus West reserves the right to eject or take action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair accessible spaces and companion seats.
The Cinema specific
Babes-in-arms
Babes-in-arms (children aged under 12 months) are only allowed into screening of any films that start on or before 1:00pm. However our compliance with BBFC rules will always override any arrangement or decision on who is allowed to see a film screening. When purchasing tickets online for Parent & Baby screenings, please choose the "STANDARD Incl. BABY 12 Months & Under" ticket type from the dropdown menu in the Your Tickets sidebar after selecting your seats. To keep distractions to a minimum during these screenings, we ask that you take the baby outside if they are continually crying.
Accessibility
By ordering wheelchair accessible spaces and a free wheelchair companion seat, you acknowledge that the accessible spaces and adjacent companion seat are for use of a person with a disability who requires accessible seating due to that disability, and the adjacent seat is for the companion of that patron using a wheelchair. Roller City specific
Campus West will ensure that Roller City is managed appropriately and provide free of charge protective safety equipment such as wrist, elbow, and knee pads for use duration of a skating session. Failure to request and use such equipment is entirely at the customers risk.
Under NO circumstances are candles/sparklers/naked flames/glass allowed in Roller City.
Strictly NO alcohol other than that purchased from Campus West is allowed on the premises.
All personal belongings and valuable items must be left at home. However if this is not possible, they should be placed in the lockers provided. Neither the management nor any staff of Roller City shall be responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any property or valuable belongings of any skater or spectator.
Animals are not allowed in Roller City (except Guide or Hearing Dogs).
If due to unforeseen circumstances, for example extreme weather, Roller City has to close, a full refund will be made available.
We strongly recommend that all skaters are aged 8 and over as we find that those who are aged 7 or under generally do not enjoy skating unless they are experienced. We leave this to your discretion.
Roller City staff will be entitled to remove any person(s) from the premises deemed to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and prohibited substances or who is behaving in a manner deemed to be in conflict with these terms and conditions and without the right to a refund.
We reserve the right to close the whole or part of Roller City at any time or restrict the number of persons having access to any part of the rink at any time due to capacity or if deemed necessary for the security and safety of guests and staff. And can do so without the right to refund or compensation.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to Roller City or to ask you to leave, using appropriate action to enforce this right, in any given situation.
Public Skate Sessions
Children must be accompanied by an adult unless the session description states otherwise.
Adults in family sessions must be accompanied by at least one child.
Children that are 10 years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times when in Roller City.
The parents/guardians are fully responsible for the control/behaviour of all children and the subsequent consequences of their actions.
An adult constitutes as 18 years and over and a child constitutes as 17 years and under.
We operate a No ID – No Roller City policy to manage entry into any age-restricted session. Everyone, who looks under or over the specified age restriction, is required to produce either proof of their age to gain entry. ID types are listed earlier in this term and conditions. If you have bought tickets in advance you will still have to bring an ID with you, if you do not bring an approved ID you will be refused admission and tickets will NOT be refunded. No other forms of ID are accepted.
Alcohol is not allowed into Roller City except for sessions that are explicitly for those who are 18 years and over.
Alcohol is only permitted for consumption by persons that are 18 years and over (or as the law dictates) - ID will be asked for.
No food and drink, other than that purchased from Roller City or Humphrey's Cafe Lounge, is allowed during public skating sessions. You can buy drinks, snacks or order food until 7.30pm from inside Roller City.
There is no re-admittance once you have left the session and a new ticket will need to be purchased.
Tickets are only valid for the session that has been booked.
Entry into Roller City is subject to availability.
Booking skate hire in advance does not reserve your size of skate and no discount is applied when skate hire is bought as a standalone.
The designated party area is not for the public when it is in use.
Private skates will be checked on entry. You must cover protruding axel nuts on inline skates, otherwise their use will be banned.
No stunt, speed or chariot skating during any skate sessions.
Any injuries regardless of severity should be reported to a member of staff. If you fall or hurt yourself please see a marshal.
Do not skate against medical advice or with any condition which could be exacerbated by such.
For the safety of all skaters no chewing gum is allowed while skating in the rink.
No skating is permitted on the raised public area or by the skate hire area.
Skaters or spectators must not enter the DJ booth, staff area or other restricted areas.
Skaters must ensure all hired skates are returned to the skate hire counter after a skate session or party.
We do not allow photography during public sessions.
For a public session there will be three Front of House Assistants (FOHA) in Roller City for up to 150 customers at any one time and 1 additional FOHA thereafter for every additional 50 customers.
The Manager has sole responsibility for admissions and determines the number of admissions during the operation.
The final decision is linked to providing both a safe and quality experience for all those skating. No more than 200 people are admitted at any one time. From time to time a one in one out system may operate and this is controlled by the Manager.
Exclusive Skate Parties
The hire period and time for Roller City is for the agreed party type that is agreed at the time of booking.
All Parties in Roller City
All children (17 years and under) attending a party must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Campus West does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.
Skate parties can only be held for those aged 8 and over and all skaters must be aged 8 and over.
Skate parties cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
All skate party prices include skate hire and VAT.
Use of your own roller skates or roller blades is welcomed.
Skate parties are available to book online and from Humphrey's till point near the Screen 2 entrance.
No refunds are given once a party has been paid for. Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits.
Email confirmation will be received once payment in full has been made for all parties booked through Campus West website or in person (where an email is available).
If a party organiser is late or fails to arrive on the date and time confirmed on the booking, no refund or rescheduling alternatives will be granted.
No partial refund is available where fewer skaters or children than expected attend a party.
You can exchange a skate party for the same rate or a higher-rate party for a different date or/and time when options are available.
The maximum number of skaters for all parties will be between 1 and 40 with unlimited adults.
Party organisers and/or hirers are fully responsible for the actions and control of all guests, adults or children, attending the party or private hire.
We do not provide tablecloths, decorations or balloons but you can bring your own if you wish. Please remember to remove your decorations, clean up after your party.
The party organiser must ensure that they vacate Roller City with all their belongings at the end of the allocated party time.
The party organiser is not permitted to sub-let the premises.
The party organiser may not do anything on the premises that might endanger the premises, its occupants, or violate its terms of the insurance.
Only parties booked in person at Campus West or through our website may be held within our premises and accorded all benefits due to the party type booked.
A group of skaters is not a party unless it involves a transaction for an exclusive party.
Babes-in-arms (12 months or under)
Babes In Arms are allowed into Roller City sessions but must have a ticket for admission. When booking online, ensure you select along with your Skater or Non-Skater ticket, the Baby (Under 12 months) ticket type. This ticket will be issued free and added to your basket. Please be aware that Roller City sessions can be very loud and may not be suitable for very young children.
Accessibility
Wheelchairs are allowed to Roller City provided the carer supervises the wheelchair and the user at all times and the carer wears shoes and not skates whilst on the rink. We also can provide a ramp up to the rink entrance as there is a very small step at the entry and exit point. By ordering wheelchair accessible ticket, you acknowledge that the accessible ticket and carer ticket are for use of a person with a disability. Campus West reserves the right to eject or take action against individuals who fraudulently obtain these tickets.
Wheelchair users must be accompanied by a carer and Roller City will not provide a carer in the absence of one.
Soft Play City specific
For the safety and enjoyment of all children, height and age restrictions are in force at Soft Play City. Our soft play apparatuses are only suitable for children who are not more than 150cm in height while age restrictions vary dependant on the play zone being used by visitors. Parents and guardians must supervise their children and ensure that they are playing within the correct age-zone and are aware of the Rules of Play displayed in Soft Play City.
Under NO circumstances are candles/sparklers/naked flames/glass allowed in Soft Play City.
Alcohol is not allowed into Soft Play City.
Soft Play City encourages children to play, have fun and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. However, by the very nature of children’s play activity accidents can occasionally happen as there are inherent risks associated with children playing and having fun together. Through the design, maintenance and operation of Soft Play City we have taken every reasonable step to control these risks. Guardians must recognise and accept that they are using our facility at their own risk. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for injury or damage to children or clothing whilst using this play area.
Soft Play City is not a creche facility. Parents who have left children unattended will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Children are not permitted to climb on the netted walls, the slide nor play at the entry and exit to the slide
Suitable clothing and no shoes or footwear should be worn in the play area.
Visitors must remove their shoes and wear socks in the play areas. There is no exception to this rule.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area. To prevent the spread of infection children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, must not visit the centre for 48 hours.
We suggest that you leave all valuables at home. We cannot accept liability for any damage, loss or theft that may occur in Soft Play City.
Animals are not allowed in any part of Soft Play City (except Guide or Hearing Dogs).
No kettles/equipment may be brought in and used in Soft Play City.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, for example extreme weather, Soft Play City has to close, a full refund will be made available.
We request that users treat each other, our staff and our facilities, with respect. Verbal or physical violence towards any member of staff or visitor to Soft Play City will not be tolerated.
Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards Soft Play City staff, management, or other members of the public, from either children or adults to children or adults will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Visitors may be asked to leave the centre with a warning placed on their record in accordance with our data policy. Campus West management also reserve the right to enforce a total ban for children and adults who abuse this policy.
Should members of the public witness any unsuitable behaviour from either adults or children they MUST inform a member of staff immediately. Soft Play City reserve the right to pass your details to the police, social services or any other recognized government agency in relation to breach of this policy by either children or adults.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to Soft Play City or to ask you to leave, using appropriate action to enforce this right, in any given situation.
A group of children is not a party unless it involves a transaction for a Soft Play Party.
Public Play Sessions
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times and ensure that they are capable of using the equipment as it is. Campus West does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children at any time.
There is no re-admittance to Soft Play City on a single ticket.
Tickets are only valid for the session that has been booked.
Entry into Soft Play City is subject to availability.
We operate pre-defined unlimited play sessions. You may turn up at any time during a play session, but you will be required to leave at the end of that session when Soft Play City closes even if you have been there for a few minutes.
Chewing gum is strictly prohibited. No food or drink items are allowed on any of the play equipment.
No food and drink, other than that purchased from Soft Play City is allowed during public play sessions. However, it is permitted to bring food and drink for babies 12 months and under. We reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund if this rule is abused.

All Soft Play City parties prices include VAT.
All parties must be paid in full. We do not accept deposits.
Soft Play parties are available to book online and from Humphrey's till point near Screen 2 entrance.
No refunds once a party has been paid for. You can however exchange a Soft Play Party for the same rate or a higher-rate party for a different date or/and time when options are available.
Soft Play City will provide adequate staff for all parties.
The blue area of Soft Play City is intended for play for children up to the age of 8 and up to the height of 150cm.
The maximum number of children for all parties will be between 1 and 40 with an unlimited number of adults.
Party organisers and/or hirers are fully responsible for the actions and control of all guests, adults or children, attending the party or private hire.
The designated party area during a public session is not for the public when it is in use.
We do not allow photography during Soft Play in session parties.
We do not provide a table cloth, decorations or balloons but you can bring your own if you wish. Please remember to remove your decorations, clean up and keep the area tidy after your party.
For Exclusive Soft Play parties, you have 10 minutes access before the start time to set up and 10 minutes to tidy up afterwards.
The party organiser is not permitted to sub-let the premises.
The party organiser may not do anything on the premises that might endanger the premises, its occupants, or violate its terms of the insurance.
Babes-in-arms
Babes-in-arms are only allowed into Soft Play City. All babes-in-arms must have a ticket for admission. When booking online, ensure you select along with your ADULT ticket, the SPC Baby (Under 12 Months) ticket type. This ticket will be issued free and added to your basket.
Accessibility
By ordering wheelchair accessible ticket, you acknowledge that the accessible ticket and carer ticket are for use of a person with a disability. Campus West reserves the right to eject or take action against individuals who fraudulently obtain these tickets.
Bouncy Castle Specific
We encourage children to play, have fun and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. However, by the very nature of children’s play activity accidents can occasionally happen as there are inherent risks associated with children playing and having fun together. Through the design, maintenance and operation of our inflatable Bouncy Castles, we have taken every reasonable step to control these risks. Guardians must recognise and accept that they are using our facility at their own risk and are are fully responsible for the control/behaviour of their children and the subsequent consequences of their actions. Campus West does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children and therefore cannot accept any responsibility for injury or damage to children or clothing whilst using the inflatables.
Children, parents or guardians must not enter the DJ booth, staff area or other restricted areas.
For the safety and enjoyment of all children, height and age restrictions are in force during the use of the inflatables.
Do not play on the inflatables against medical advice or with any condition which could be exacerbated by such. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area. To prevent the spread of infection children who are unwell, or who have been unwell, must not visit the centre for 48 hours.

Campus West staff will be entitled to remove any person(s) from the premises deemed to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and prohibited substances or who is behaving in a manner deemed to be in conflict with these terms and conditions and without the right to a refund.
We will not tolerate under any circumstances verbal or physical violence including fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive, or any type of behaviour deemed to be unsuitable towards our staff, management, or other members of the public, from either children or adults to children or to other adults. Visitors may be asked to leave the centre with a warning placed on their record in accordance with our data policy. Campus West management also reserves the right to enforce a total ban for children and adults who abuse this policy.
Should members of the public witness any unsuitable behaviour from either adults or children they MUST inform a member of staff immediately. We reserve the right to pass your details to the police, social services or any other recognized government agency in relation to breach of this policy by either children or adults.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Bouncy Castle or to ask you to leave, using appropriate action to enforce this right, in any given situation.
Bouncy Castle Parties
Bouncy Castle Parties cannot be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
Our Bouncy Castle apparatuses are suitable for children between 4 and 11 years.
All Bouncy Castle Parties prices include VAT.
Bouncy Castle parties are available to book online and from Humphrey's till point near the Screen 2 entrance upstairs
No refunds are given once a party has been paid for. Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits.
Email confirmation will be received once payment in full has been made for all parties booked through Campus West website or in person (where an email is available).
The hire period and time for the Bouncy Castle party is for the agreed party type that is agreed at the time of booking.
If a party organiser is late or fails to arrive on the date and time confirmed on the booking, no refund or rescheduling alternatives will be granted.
No partial refund is available where fewer users or children than expected attend a party.
You can exchange a Bouncy Castle party for the same rate or a higher-rate party for a different date or/and time when options are available.
The maximum number of users for all parties will be between 1 and 40 with unlimited adults.
For Bouncy Castle parties there will be two Front of House Assistants (FOHA) for up to 40 bouncers at any one time.
Party organisers and/or hirers are fully responsible for the actions and control of all guests, adults or children, attending the party or private hire.
We do not provide tablecloths, decorations or balloons in our party room but you can bring your own if you wish. Please remember to remove your decorations and clean up after your party.
Under NO circumstances are candles/sparklers/naked flames/glass allowed in or near the inflatables.
The party organiser must ensure that they vacate Bouncy Castles with all their belongings at the end of the allocated time.
The party organiser is not permitted to sub-let the premises.
The party organiser may not do anything on the premises that might endanger the premises, its occupants, or violate its terms of the insurance.
Only parties booked in person at Campus West or through our website may be held within our premises and accorded all benefits due to the party type booked.
A group booking is not a party unless it involves a transaction for an Exclusive Bouncy Castle party at Campus West.
The number of people should not exceed the maximum number required to use the inflatables at a time. The restrictions are as follows:
* Only 15 users are allowed on the Rainforest Multiplay.
* Not more than 4 users are allowed on the 10ft Platform Slide Party
* And a maximum of 2 players each are allowed at a time on the Bungee Run and Tumble Track
